do you think i'm pretty/average/ugly?
be honnest i can take it.

cuz i have on foundation and a lip gloss.
and i don't do eye makeup if thats what you other people mean by putting on makeup. i don't wear eye makeup cuz i don't want to attract attention to my eyes cuz i'm visually impaired and get self counscious about them. so no eye makeup for me.
and don't worry i'm taking everyones opinion with a grain of salt so i'm not getting pissed about anything you are saying.

What Can I Do About My Intellectual Property in This Situation?
My sister has been taunting with her video camera off but starts recording when I get mad at her. She has already posted some of these videos on Facebook and possibly Myspace.Yesterday a girl at school told me that she had seen one of these videos.
How can I take action to make sure she stops videotaping me and that I don't have to worry about videos or pictures of me being put on the internet.
I know some of her friends have also put these up and I want to make sure they're taken down but I don't know where the videos/pics are or how to get to them.
How can I take legal action in this situation?
My sister constantly lies and whenever I try to get to her camera she'll yell at me and I'll get in trouble for touching it.
I live in suffolk county New York.
and to "kissmyconverse" I can't just walk away from it because some kids at school I know have already seen the videos/pictures and it's really embarrassing. Not to mention the law is being broken in a way thats been shown in the news many times.
People are not allowed to use pictures or videos of you or things you've created without your permission unless you, on your own, posted those things on the internet.
My sister has put something on the internet that anyone can use for anything because of laws regarding the internet.
To LEO53 This is a real crime. If it wasn't why would McDonalds be able to sue anyone with the Mc or why would Lisa Marie Presley be able to make sure no one publishes pictures of her husband when he started letting himself go?
This is why we have copyrights and trademarks, so people can't take a movie, TV show or picture and manipulate it to do whatever they want with it.

being a parent I would hate to see what your kids will know based on what you think.
My mom is aware of it but I wasn't even aware she videotaped me until it was already on the internet.
My sister has committed a crime that is extremely wrong and it's people like you who make her think it's ok.
being a parent doesn't teach you anything if you don't know anything to begin with.
Someone like you might completely ignore their kids and that is why I have the opinion I've just expressed.

I feel like I dont have a good speaking voice and feel self conscious about it when I need to address people in general. Is there a way to practice to where I feel better about it or to change my voice to make it sound better?I was thinking of practicing in front of a video camera or something like that till I can feel better?

I know the image is not very clear, thats my camera's fault. But the image on the left is of the front. The words that are written on the front state "PAULUS VI PONTIFEX MAXIMUS"
The image on the right is the back of the coin. That states "PEREGRINUS APOSTOLICUS IN AUSTRALIS AD MCMLXX"

Hi, I've had this camera since Mother's Day and I've tried soo many battery types.Y'know all the ones you can get from woolworths that say they're for cameras? Well, I can take a max of about 5 photos before it dies. Do you know what sort ov battery might be better? It takes AA batteries and I'm over wasting my money on bullshit batteries and missing out on great moments with my 14 month old!

Have you ever seen anything like this?
My friend and I and a neighbor from across the street were sitting out on the front porch smoking cigarettes and chatting. One of my friend's best friends passed away a little over a month ago.We had been talking about her in a good way for about 20 minutes. My friend sitting to the left of me asked if we saw this green/blue/purple light (not exactly round, but colored kind of like the aurora screensaver on windows vista). Both the neighbor and I DID!
It moved from the sky across the top of the house directly across the street, we thought it was high in the sky....but then it floated down in front of the trees...so it was CLOSE! It appeared to float onto the back porch of the house diagonally across the street from mine. Of course at that point we could no longer see it. The whole experience for my friend who first saw the orb or whatever it was lasted about 5 minutes or so. At first, she thought something was in her eye, but she saw it still moving and realized it wasn't. The neighbor and I watched it fall from the sky for at least a minute or 2.
Has anyone ever REALLY seen anything like this before in person? I don't want to hear about all of the orbs on camera. I was in the "ghosthounds," a large paranormal group and this was much stronger than any orb or supposed orb I have seen in pictures or on my own digital images. This was much brighter and again moved much like the aurora screensaver on Vista????

Or is it just that they want us to do that whole double standard thing - you know, one of Palin's first comments is that she has a special needs baby and we should laud her for that? Look up some Down Syndrome and hearing, and read about it. She neglected her child on national television.
Also, please note that even a dunce knows that not even normal babies should be exposed to that level of noise. Ask any pediatrician. I know. I'm a mother who actually took care of my babies rather than tossing them off to someone else.

ok so here is wat happened, my hubby was at work yesterday, and his coworker who was supposed to be helping him, was bullsh*ting around, so my hubby had to go do this guys job, and when my hubby walked by him he told him to 'move'. (this guy was a pretty good friend and would come over a lot, so they got along like that) anyways, all of a sudden this guy snaps and said to my hubby 'F*CK YOU!* my hubby turns around and asked him 'What did you say to me?' so the guy repeated it and all of a sudden charged my hubby (this guy can't fight worth sh*t so he charges ppl), my hubby seen this coming, but like he said, he wasn't going to touch him and lose his job over this dumbazz, (especially having 4 kids at home to worry about) so he let dude push him around (my hubby is a pretty big guy and would of easily laid this guy out). anyways he pushed him around a few times, and all of this was caught on camera. the supervisor saw it happen and between all the supervisors they decided to suspend this guy and fire him on monday. well my hubby just went to work an hour ago and found out that they are not going to fire him after all. so he's pretty mad. can my hubby press charges since he put his hands on him and it was caught on tape or is it too late?*i put this under law & ethics, but no one is responding*

lg plum cu515 or sony ericsson w350 ice blue?
People who have experience with either phone please help. I've read online that the at&t pic of the lg plum shows it to be a brighter purple but lg makes it look grey. I have a pantech c300 right now so anything is better than that right now. They are both cute but I'm concerned about a few things on the sony phone like can the flip part break easily? If dropped coult it ruin the phone? Is the resolution really that bad? and does the screen scratch easily. Also, the speakerphone is not supposed to be the greatest. I just need a phone that gets good reception and has a camera and music though I wasn't thrilled the sony didn't have video. difference in pinhole camera resolution and digital camera resolution?
So i know little to nothing about cameras, but I'm using them in my upcoming science fair project. It involves measuring the resolution of a pinhole camera as it relates to the pinhole's aperture diameter. I was wondering if it would be possible to conduct the same experiment only using a digital camera, measure the resolution and so on, so i can compare them? Would the results be the same?sorry i guess it would have helped a lot more to mention that i would not be using film but a digital pinhole camera
